Gerhard Franz Fehrmann passed in peace Tuesday, August 7 at the age of 60. Those who loved him most were by his side. He is survived by his beloved wife, Isolde, loving daughters, Katrina and Stephanie, his father, Klaus, sisters, Waltraut and Hildegard, and his pride and joy: his BMW 3.0 CSL.

A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, September 9th from 12-5 at one of his favorite places-- the Phoenix Club in Anaheim. The celebration is open to all friends and family who would like to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation in Gerhard's name: https://pkdcure.org/tribute-donation/

Gerhard was born March 20, 1958 in Los Angeles, California to Klaus and Gerlinde (Seemeyer) Fehrmann. The oldest of three children, he graduated from Blair High School in 1976 and went on to start his first company, FilmCraft, in his early 20s. He married Isolde in May 1987 and settled in San Dimas, where he raised two daughters and lived a life rich in love and happiness. He enjoyed traveling, camping, spending time outdoors, and putting a smile on people's faces.

Gerhard was a printer by trade, and retired at the age of 57 from his second printing company, California Lithograph. He spent the past few years of his life doing what he loved most: traveling to his favorite destinations, entering his classic cars into auto shows, organizing car club events, and playing with his cats. He loved all animals and people, and will be missed dearly by all whose life he touched.
